You won't be, I just ordered mine.

I'm glad to hear that my betabuilders have succeed just like that and with no trouble at all. I'm also glad that my non-esoterical approach got well recieved. The only odd thing is the polyphenylene sulphide cap! I'm the only one in the whole world which use this kind of capacitor!
Welcome you too Mr. Gainclone! Are you a Gainclone collector maybe?

How much for that opamp you recommend?peranders said:I'm also glad that my non-esoterical approach got well recieved.
Or how many elcos can I get for the price of a BG?
Uhhhh... einstein was right, it is a matter of perspective 😉

Actually I've built 2 that work, and 1 that erupted a Panasonic 1000µF/50V cap like Mt. St. Helens. 😡 😉
A VBT-NetIGC nears completion. 😎 Then yours is next! 🙂
BTW my PayPal is out of service until later today or tomorrow.

I have sent you a Paypal bill but tomorrow will be fine
Remember eehaah and the rest of you, my partslist is only a suggestion. You can use the parts you like.

Which I can't find 😕, on your site I see "Components" on left side but it's not a link.
Thanks, Gregg

Hi!
The AD8620 was the only part I had problems with getting.
I orderd samples from Analog Devices but have not received any yet. Since it was a wish to speed up the prototyping boards, I ended up ordering them from Digikey (they were quick) for a total price of nearly $60 (for 2). I hope there is a cheaper supplyer, or we shold perhaps do a group-buy of them.
I need 6 more for the rest of my ordered QRP02's.
I think they sound great because after listening to the QRP02 for a while I found out that a sub-filter I'm using, based on OPA2131 now degrades the sound of my system.
I have never noticed that before.

I'll investigate how much I can get AD8620 for if you are interested. I will ask for 50-100 units.
I can get 98 units (one stick) for 101 SEK a piece, 16.9 USD, 12.70 EUR ...But... this is assumed that you buy at least 60-70 units becasue I have no desire to put these on my shelf. The are way too expensive for that.
1000 price at Analog is 15 USD.

I guess you wouldn't lose anything starting a group buy for these opamps. If enough interest, go for it, otherwise that's it.

Digi-Key price is USD 10.64 at Qty 100 or USD 13.33 at Qty 1 for AD8620AR. Is that the one?
That is the price for A grade.
B grade is better and more expensive of course(I think peranders talks about B grade).

B grade doesn't add anything for audio and in this application. Less than 70 uV offset is good. I don't think I'm willing to pay for less offset than I already have got.
That's the one, Urban.. Odd that the have so much lower 100 prices than Analog's 1000 prices.
If this is the price from DigiKey, I'll say buy there.

Digikey Germany price for the A grade is 10.74EUR for 1 pc. and 9.67 EUR for 25 pcs. (85 available as for now).
