If you have to order it, also order the braid from Mouser or Digi-key (or wherever you get parts -- not ebay). The braid at RS is generally old and rarely works well without additional flux. Virtually all braid will work better with added flux but the RS generally won't work at all without it.

There's no point in ordering kapton tape. The same thing can be done with aluminum foil and tape.
