It's been a long time since I had a set of these boards, but if my foggy memory is correct they're for changing the output offset voltage.

Just a friendly advice: do not mess with the offset voltages and timing settings. 😀
The attached information should help you with the "not-so-obvious" connections.

I agree, and I probably shouldn't have worded it the way I did. I wasn't trying to imply they are there for the user to change anything. The offset was set at the lowest possible setting from the factory, so there is no need to mess around with it.
thank you all for help, and in the case of not having any welding would also nornal ......
and I have 4 modules, and this one with its definition pretty bad and I thought it would be the lack of a good fit to off set being almost 0.5 volts on its output ...... the others are with 0.22 volts
