Hi, as the title explains, I made a terrible mistake. Is there any way to rescue the opamp? I contacted Sparkos, waiting for the answer from them as well.
There's an electricity sound coming from the speakers now btw.

I'm afraid I don't follow what you have done...
If you mean you placed a single opamp into a socket that should house a double opamp then there are two possible problems:
1/ You have caused damage to the original equipment. This is easily proved by simply refitting the original opamp.
2/ You have damaged the Sparkos opamp. You can't prove this without testing it in a suitable circuit.

The equipment is working with other opamps. So what should I do with these Sparkos opamps, any way to repair them? I got soldering skills.

is this what your talking about?
did you match the orientation with respect to pin 1?
or did you in fact install a single where a dual should be?

Yes this is the part, and I never misplaced it the other way. Nothing seems burnt btw. Chat Gpt told me that there's no fuse in it but.. who knows maybe there is one.
well first we need to know a few things like what is this being used in, as in amp, preamp, tone circuit, or other...
and what the original device was? (chip number??)
and just what terrible mistake did you make?? like installing it with the power on???

I plugged it into my Gustard H10 's dual opamp socket. it's a single opamp. (There was no sound when I tried it) Then I realised what I had done but it was too late, trying it in the single opamp socket was a no go.
No I did not. The opamp is a single channel type. The socket I plugged into first was a dual one so it harmed it.
The original opamp used in the dual socket is 5532, and opa134pa in the single socket.

i could be wrong but there's a chance that both the original equipment and the sparkos op amp may be ok....when you compare the pin outs plugging the single op amp into the dual socket it would not receive the + rail.
Right 👍
So you now need a test circuit or some other suitable equipment to check the Sparkos SS3601 single opamp which is the one you say you have. You could even build a simple standard opamp circuit on a breadboard to test it.
In post #1 you said:
I assume that was just with the Sparkos opamp fitted as you say it all works OK with the correct opamp fitted. There's an electricity sound coming from the speakers now btw.
You just need to test the Sparkos in a suitable circuit.
The circuit is working with opa134pa so..
Btw, the company answered, there is no fuse in the opamp.
