i need help wiring car receiver to power supply

i need help wiring car receiver to power supply with a 4-pin latching switch

my problem is with the three wires, (- black) (+ red/acc) (+ yellow/battery)

the car receiver is sony cdx-gt45u 12v 5amp
the power adapter is 12v 5amp 60w with terminal connector (-,+)
the latching switch has four pins

i've got it from ebay, no diagram was mentioned but the switch is very similar to these below

the two long opposing terminal has lables one + positive and the other is - negative

i think the other two short terminals are for the illuminating led of the switch

The switched terminals won't have polarity.

Does the internal LED have a series resistor?

i don't know, it's just a plastic cover and the ter\minals what appear from it's back

if not possible with the switch please inform me how to wire it without the switch

If there is a resistor, you don't need an external resistor. If there is no resistor, connected as shown in the diagram would burn the LED out.

Do you want the LED To indicate that there is power applied or do you only want the LED on when the switch is passing current?

not necessary. if it got burnt it's not a problem but i don't want the receiver to get burn

You can't do any harm to the head unit by wiring the switch wrong.

Why do you need the switch?

Confirm that the two center terminals connect/disconnect when the button is in/out.

If you wire the positive of the LED to the power supply terminal of the switch, it will always be on.

If you connect the LED positive to the head unit side of the switch, the LED will only be on when the head unit has 12v applied.

The LED negative will go to the 12v power supply ground.

I don't know why you're using the switch, hence the previous question.

to turn the receiver on and of without keeping on removing and pluging the power supply .. i thought it will not be any complication .. but it's not that necessary for the switch

You can turn the receiver on and off from the receiver itself, you don't need an external power button to do that function.

#15 is correct if you simply want to switch the head unit off.

If you completely remove power from the head unit, it will lose memory.

how should i wire the receiver by itself to the adapter without the switch, the receiver has tree wires (- black) (+ red/acc) (+ yellow/battery) and the adapter has two terminals (+, -)

Black to the negative terminal. The other two to the positive terminal.

I'd confirm that the polarity was correct on the power supply before connecting the head unit. I've seen some chinese power supplies incorrectly marked.
