None of these simple designs will be capable of the required power output. By nature, you will need a much more complex design to accomplish this with even moderate efficiency.
This circuit is unregulated. It wont work for audio. Your rails will be low. This type of circuit is used in applications where a constant power consumption is needed. Audio has varying power demands and a regualted power supply is needed.
