Does make it possible for a driver to exceed it's "break up" point with impunity, according to Lynn Olson this provides the equivalent of at least a 20db reduction in distortion of all kinds. And, it uncovers that below 40 db down zone that all of us are digging for. Makes full range drivers bell clear and allows multi-driver systems to become coherent and bell clear. Attached is a text file with locations to go to and read up on the pursuits of others in DIY audio, while EnABL dabbling.

Still do not believe what you hear, what wonderful things a Bybee does to the noise floor of a system or do you choose to disregard what you hear? Hell send them to me I know how to enjoy them in my system!

Well the thing is I am not really digging down that low. I believe it is negligble at a certain point. I always see people talking about getting this super resolving systems yet all it seems to resolve are more errors and artifacts. And somehow my system is crap because I can not hear the artifacts or choose to ignore them.
I am too concerned with getting what's in that top 40dB to sound perfect - which imo is hard enough of a challenge.

When you do go digging, you will be astonished at how getting the "floor" level and clear, allows the upper stories a proper and intuitively correct presentation.

I think at a certain point your mind fills in the gaps. Get rid of the glaring deficiencies and your mind can take care of the rest. Basically if I have to struggle to hear it then why am I struggling in the first place? To prove I have "golden ears"?

Also my goal is to have reproduction accessible. So if it is too elusive or expensive of a process I tend to look elsewhere.

Well maybe in your mind, but please do not speak for me or others that use and appreciate what the Bybee offers. If you feel that they do not improve your style of listening, that is your call. I feel that lowering the noise floor improves low level details, without adding harshness or disruptive side effects.
I do appreciate the fact that you do acknowledge that they do in fact offer improvements.

I have tried, but the continual inuindo and outright slandering is simply unacceptable to me. I guess others are either intimidated or afraid to speak their minds for fear they will be censored or removed. Have you ever listened to them in your own system? How can you make such ridiculous statements about there worth without ever listening to them? I find that they lessen low level noise and allow the low level details to become much more obvious.
John Curl has previously pointed out that Bybee's "explanations" are admittedly bogus for fear of tipping off competitors or possibly releasing defense secrets. So in absence of any forthcoming plausible explanations of mechanism of operation, we then must await the controlled subjective data before dismissing this as 100% bogus. Although it would seem to be in the interests of Bybee and his customers to provide these revolutionary and earth-shaking results, then buying a Rolls-Royce with all the money that would pour in from telecoms, this has yet to be done.
Unfortunately, all I've heard is the sound of crickets chirping...

If they were free, I probably would. But they're not, and frankly, until there's some sort of evidence of their efficacy, I'd rather spend my money on concert tickets.
