Last time I checked is was a 5V6. Which version (serial number) do you have?

I have SMPS400A180 ,0413A3054_1333

My power supply burn again after 2 days,
R24 exploded, what value have ?

R24 is a 10k 0603, D43 is indeed a 5v6. R24 is connected to D43, if you put in a 12V zener, that could be the cause.

Ok R24 is 10K, with D43 5v6 power supply burned.
Now i put zenner 12v and all its okay, work.

PS: your D43 what marking code have? my is 6Z...

D6 is zenner 5v6 and 6Z is zenner 12volt

D43 is marked 6Z and in catalog of smd marking, this code is zenner 12volts, not 5v6.

The one I mentioned is really a two pin [emoji1]

You're reading it upside down. Compare with A6 (BAS316). Cathode is at the top.
