I can get a service guy to do it for me. At least remove it. Not sure if I wants to replace it though. Have to ask him.

Ok. Considerably lower than what I need. Then I would have to reduce gain on some Anaview amps as well. One thing leads to another etc.

Regarding their products, i feel that most people do no really need those balanced input buffers they insist in stuffing all their boards with, while just anybody might like to hook a potentiomenter somewhere. Btw selling plate amps whithout any adjusting input pot is just plain...

Yes i know that their amps for subs have, but sadly their dsp models intended for 2ways don't, while adding one to their balanced buffers is a pain is the *** hard enough to make me give up the use of their UCD modules.

It does hurt, as anything you do not need comes across making your life unnecessarily more difficult. I am convinced this is the reason for many diyers looking elsewhere after considering the intricacies of using these buffers. But sure, this won't hurt Hypex's business visibly more after pro users...😀

Maybe it is time to consider that 400W is overkill for any domestic mid-high frequency use, all the more so with high efficiency drivers.

Would make me feel having wasted my money, just because these guys are not resilient enough to have put ( or let the user hook) a pot to allow adjustable gain. Purist nonsense?🙄
