Wines nowadays are poison mainly because the ****** chemical products to preserve the culture and also sometimes some artificial aromatic additivs more or less allowed...
Better the biologic if you can, but which is not a guarantee of good taste unluckily. And of course impossible for aging : but here it doesn't matter as many wines have a bad aging today but the best years and parcels/areas. Most of the time if you can't purchase it from controlled channels from A to Z, too much old wines : 2 years and more are more a risk your wine may have catched a problem (sun exposition, temperature difference during stocking, etc : very easy to destroy a wine... imho... 15 minutes in a hot car in summer between the shop and your kitchen : bye, bye (not saying a red wine must have a rest during two moves...)

you may have pleasure with self palpation checking... notice it's better to drink red wine than to dip anything in the glass... at least for health issues !
We made intensiv tests here : drinking wine doesn't drop the temperature but drop your intellectual capabilities, but after two bottles it may help the global warming as you can't take your car anymore... well it may help the global warming too if you crasch the car !
I'll do anything to help global cause. Crashing car probably increases warming since you have to call tow trucks and those guys don't exactly have hybrid.

That's true, that's why we don't drink in the countryside here but near garages ! We call that : civilisation (this rule comes from BenHur races in the old antic Rome)
You may have exceptions though as the guys of the trucks drink too and may be involved in the crash as well : mainly to catch the bottle the car driver was drinking. Wine becomes to be very Dangerous when the 4 next trucks called to help the first two have also drivers with a bottle and followed by the copter emmergency guy which can only fly drunk as he is anxious...

Let's drink to stupidity. I got to much intellectual stuffs already. The world was created based on duality. One force needs to be balanced out by another force. Yin vs. yang. It was created that way. I suggest everybody might as well be aware of it whether you like it or not.
