Oryginal:NEC 2sd388a and NEC 2sb541a
Replaced: Sanken 2sc1116 and NSC 2sb539
I mesured output and it is 23mV.
In manual the BIAS should be 45mV on emiter resistors (bouth).

Hugo! A dummy load should not be connected! The aim is to measure the standing current in the output devices only. If you connect a load any offset will distort the reading.
Richie,
Well, I can’t find a good reason to attest my reasoning except that of course we aim for the lowest possible offset first. 🙂
Lipaso,
So, lets get rid of that dummy load. 🙂
45mV across the emitter R’s results in 95mA. That’s too much. You need to set the voltage at 20mV.
I can see no trimpot to adjust offset although 23mV is not that high.
