How can I fix my cd player Sony CDP-M26?

The IC appears to be dual operational amplifier, designed for "higher currents" probably around 100 to maybe 200mA to drive the motors. The Vcc and Vee are probably of larger area directly soldered to PCB tracks for cooling. You don’t really need data sheet to fault find - all the values you need are included in the service manual.

...but Nigel Goodwin is right, it's the tray-in switch most likely that gives these problems.
