Have fun with your design, it will be a huge box, and the speaker is not a very good choice for a horn.

Hi,
Here is a quick made HR template to import using a total volume of~3.8 m^3 for a 32 Hz FLH. (Qt box =0.7). Try keep the FR as smooth as this example when shrinking the size to the target of 35 Hz.
