Would MTB246 sound better and loud for outdoor venues with 4 x dual 18" cabs, than a good 4 x dual 18" TH designs, of approx same cab size.

Here's what I get when I sim Sine's T18 sim with the original EV DL18MT driver with a high pass filter applied (x8 cabs).

This is really not very impressive, mainly due to the small cab size and the driver's limited xmax. It's an expensive driver but perform as well as other drivers for the same price.
Even with 8 cabs as shown it's got a 40 hz f3, and that's the best case scenario, with the cabs stacked properly together. This is going to be very disappointing, all the low notes are going to be missing unless you play stuff like girls and guitars music, classic rock and country music and don't plan to play any modern pop, edm, dubstep, or basically most stuff recorded in the last 20 years.
Your latest dual 18 sim (x4 cabs) doesn't go any lower either.
Yes, it doesnt go low than 40hz, but for outdoor performance i suppose that is fine. , and the sim where i m getting 147db is of other cabs with 1000w speakers x 4 dual cabs, thats the reason i m getting 147db of 4cabs.
Now i just wanna compare the performance of these new cab with Tapped Horn designs, if i could get better SPL and or Low end, which would b better..??

Well, using sine143's driver and lowering tuning to Fs in a TH, net cab Vb increases almost 2x to ~538 L.
