David emailed me to say it has remote control so yes🙂
Yes, we just add AMK-II to the TAMP-300, user can select to use it or not!
Thanks

Hi all!
I just got my HLLY TAMP 90.
On the one hand I am impressed by it's sound/quality.
On the other hand I am disappointed because it produces a hiss / white noise which
is clearcly audible even if sitting 4 meters away. My loudspeakers are not overly sensitive.
The noise is there constantly. It varies a bit when changing the volume.
Anyone having a solution for this problem (other than buying another amp ;-) )
Thanks in advance
Lenni

Exuse my n00b question guys! I have some speakers inbound DynaVoice Definition DM5 witch is 6 ohm Dynavoice - Dynavoice Definition DM-5
I have recently purchased a T-90 and is very satisfied, But my SVS speakers was lacking in sound quality. So..... Will T-90 drive 6 ohm without problems??

Yes, TAMP-90 can drive 6 ohm speaker without any problem!
Thanks

Please be sure the hiss noise is not from your audio source!
we tested the amplifier before shipping and there was no hiss problem, if it is the problem of bad shipping, we can offer exchange!
Thanks

Hi,
thanks for the response. I wrote you a PM!
Looking forward to a satisfying solution.
The think is - apart from the hiss which makes listening no fun - I love the sound of the TAMP90.
Lenni
OK, Let's contact via email, will offer you good service!
Thanks
Hi, thanks for the good solution you offered! Very good customer service!
I am very pleased with the T-90. No hiss. Wonderful sound and great detail & depth in audiophile music cds (Reference material) I have also ordered a AMKII pre-amp for my system.
I was wondering if I should by another T-90 and run as mono block (bridged) on each speaker. How would one wire the T-90 to get desired effect?

Hi, for those that have hiss problems: there is a modification called "TAMP-90 improvement" by HLLY to add 2 x 20~47 pF capacitors as an input filter. The bandwidth of the amp will be limited and the pickup/hiss problem will much less. I would choose 33 pF as 30 kHz bandwidth is a tad narrow.
There is a doc file on their website which unfortunately only mentions the mod for only 1 channel ! I pointed them already on that but it has not changed. Please keep in mind that the other channel needs the same mod at the same spot !!!! I forgot what the resistor number is of the other channel, sorry.
I tried to attach it but it is too large. This is the text ( again, only for 1 channel ):
TA2022 IMPROVEMENT
DIYers used high sensitive speaker for TA2022 may catch some back noise. If care, steps bellow can be followed to improve it.
Solder a capacitor (20~47pF, package 0805) in parallel with R7. Location show bellow.
This capacitor will filter noise higher than 30kHz, and performance no harm to audio band signal. And for further motion!

Hi there,
Here is my situation, want some suggestions from U guys.
I use iTunes to play my music, on my old MacMini G4 -> supports only analog audio output, 3.5mm mini-jack. (or USB?)
Also I'm very attached to my vintage (and very cute) Technics SB-F1MKII speakers that I like to (re)use (4 Ohm / 8 Ohm, input 80W, Music 40W (DIN), 86dB) and thinking about a Sub in the future to help these little guys just that little bit in the low end 🙂
The room is 30 m2
Is the Tamp-90 the way to go for me? Or is a combo with AMK-II Pre-amp the best solution for me?
I'm not a guy who blows the roof off, I do like my neighbours, so I won't put my speakers through a stress test.
Thanks...

Is it possible to buy T-90 bridged straight from you? I have one now that I will modify, but it would be nice to get the second one already done.
I love the sound from the T-90 but I would like some more "control" on the soundstage witch only comes from more wattage 😀

I have 2x T-Amp 90 and one set of 6 Ohm DynaVoice speakers with an impendance of 91db and bi-wire connections. My question is if I can use the T-90 to bi-amp the speakers? I tried to get someone to bridge the amps for me (I have shaky hands) and could not find anyone. So it dawned on me that bi-amping might be worth a try..
Anyone have some suggestions? I was thinking of one amp just for the highs and vice versa on the lows..

Actually in your application it'd be better to bi-amp the other way and use one amp for each speaker. Put the load of the bass/woofers onto two amps instead of all of it on one.

Sounds logical 😀 I will try when I get my equipment back... Thanks man
So sorry for the delay of TAMP-300, we will list it in the website DAC,Audio Amplifier,Hifi Amplifier,Tube Amplifier,Hlly Audio, Hlly Electronics in 10 days!
The Chassis will be ready in one week!
