Hi xrk971 and Beat Street,
I agree, the dual 10" is going to be the ticket for the available volume, and X already has the design for it. I'll mess around a little more w/ the dual 12", but the box is not magically going to get bigger. Beat Street initially had the dimensions @ 14x18x42 (Post #1), if that could be 15x18x42(44?) that would make a big difference, also: the exterior walls that are also port walls can be build from 1/2", so there is a little volume there.

Here is the modified drawing, using 18"x15"x42" for the external dimensions. I get about 90L rear chamber, and 30L front chamber. I used the 1.5625x13.5625"x29"duct w/ a center divider for bracing. The top and bottom boards are 3/4" (23/32") material, and the rest 1/2" (15/32"). The baffle board has two layers of 1/2", and the woofers are recessed as shown.
Check the numbers, and let me know if this will work as drawn.

The driver w/ the back out will be sticking a bit over 2" out of the box. Hopefully, xrk971 will approve the drawing, and then I'll add all the other dimensions for your woodworking. 🙂 If you rotate the drivers until the driver fits your chamber volume ratios are all messed up. Sorry

Sorry Incould not get back to you sooner - it looks very good. It looks like there is a divider panel between left and right sides. I would cut holes in that to allow flow between left and right sides to equalize. It is needed as bracing I assume. The volumes and vents look good. You may need internal bracing on front aperture as there is a lot of pressure there for half in ply. Maybe dowels screwed in a few strategic places is good.

Yes, I agree w/ all the comments, additional stiffeners may also be used between the top and the bottom. Just stuff to work out during construction.

I was not certain about the size of the aperture, then I found that xrk971 is keeping it the same size as before w/ the LAB12s (hope I have that correct).
S_aperture=150in^2
All the dimensions you are looking for are either in the drawing directly, implied, or as a resultant, but here it is anyhow. You need to start w/ cutting the top and bottom pieces, and drawing the divider board locations very carefully. If you have any more questions: shoot. 🙂
