I am looking for high excursion aluminium diaphragm woofers with inverted surround to efficiently reproduce low frequencies in small volume. I'm not looking for woofers with other diaphragm material or surround taller than basket.
Peerless SBS160F35AL model is not available for retail purchase.

The seldom spoken truth is...
...that air volume displacement (Vd = Sd x Xmax) is NOT the only thing that matters.
All else being equal, a (large-Sd, low-Xmax) woofer will ALWAYS sound better than a (smaller-Sd, larger-Xmax) one.
Also, because of Boyle's law and the air's asymmetrical reaction to compression vs. expansion, achieving the same air volume displacement with a larger box volume is ALWAYS beneficial in terms of reduced distortion. Which, ceteris paribus, means that a (low Mms, high efficiency) woofer will ALWAYS be better than a (higher Mms, lower efficiency) one.
Fads come and go, but the laws of Physics don't change...

Hivi/Swan M6A - but this has a traditional rubber surround and slightly less Xmax - Product information:M6a Bass-Midrange
Monocor SPH-170 - this seems to have the inverted seal but only a small xmax (+-3mm) an a more traditional cone - SPH-170
The Tang Band W6-623I and W6-658I have a double roll seal but are more conventional cones and are paper/PP - W6-658I - 6.5" PPM. Woofer - TB SPEAKER CO., LTD.
A couple of options but none fit the bill I don't think.
Edit - how about this - bit more expensive but a 6.5" subwoofer with large xmax - Imagine I6SW-v2 6.5" Subwoofer - 12v Electronics

I do not think you will find such a driver in the "hi-fi" category. High excursion, low Vas drivers will likely use the traditional "outward" roll surround.
You might try to look at low-profile subs that are intended for car use. For example, Dayton Audio has that flat cone 10" sub:

I has a sort of "multi roll" surround that is inverted next to the cone but then has another outward roll next to the frame. Not sure what "high excursion" means to you but Xmax=10mm.

Charlie, not only in the "hi-fi" but also everywhere else, I'm near certain it is not possible to find such a driver, unfortunately. But maybe there is small driver manufacturer doing such or smth like that, maybe someone here knows it and point me to it.

I would use dual voice coil version for doubled motor force factor which is necessary in small cabinet. Nonetheless, it is overkill becouse conception is to use dual-opposed woofers in compact monitors. Do you imagine compact monitors with dual 10" subs per side? 🙂

You do not have to search for dual coil woofers, they are equal to a single coil in terms of force factor. A single coil woofer can be considered to have two coils in series. A high force factor + long stroke requires a large magnet structure.I would use dual voice coil version for doubled motor force factor which is necessary in small cabinet.
Except for the surround, the Reckhorn D165 might be an alternative to the Peerless SBS-160.

Thank you all for your input, possibly SW26DAC76-3-DV woofer would be my preferred choice over a bunch of unobtainable smaller woofers. Thanks to its strong motor, shallow chassis, aluminium diaphragam and 3" voice coil thermal and volume contstraints will be easier (but still hard) to solve... Diaphragm is rigid, frequency response is extended and inductance is low throughout the range so clean midrange is expected. Available 1.5 dm3 linear displacement per side is quite crazy and lot higher than I ever considered, though...
