I have seen that op-amp, when I checked it, read 170F in a very well air conditioned shop. I put heat spreaders on the smaller transistors because they regularaly fail due to heat but only rarely have done so on the op-amps because they so rarely fail.
I have not installed them because I have not received a signal, I see a signal on pin 8 of the board but it does not go to the mosfets

I need the voltage with one probe on each side of the resistor. If that was referenced to ground, I think one should have been -15v.
