B&C 10 CL 51
I reckon you want something like this. It's got higher sensitivity
than RS 270 and it is of good quality and affordable, it appears so.
In a sealed cabinet of 14 litres with Qtc=0,7.

Ok so now this sensitivity is overboard 😛 101db!!
I should have targeted a range because I am using mid that is 91db and a tweeter that is 92db. i can always padd down the MT but not the woofer.
The formula for SPL (1W/1m) for JBL 2123 gives just over 97 dB
in the passband and the TS parameters do not work in favor of crossing
over this unit to a sub.

Lojzek is likely on the right track with recommending something like a B&C or Eminence (Kappa Lite 3010LF?).
Note that if your design criteria preclude the use of multiples of smaller drivers to achieve required sensitivity (something I've personally found quite satisfactory) , some of the eligible candidates might offer more raw sensitivity than you've tendered, and a very effective method for rendering wide discrepancies between drivers in a multi-way is active bi-amping
