Not much different but the prices are much higher down here. 🙂 I've seen stacks of speakers like that in many repair shops! you're right, we are lucky to have people who do marvelous jobs repairing speakers. Otherwise, there is no way I could afford new ones. Lol!

Would you dare impregnating the suspension with latex used as bike tyre sealant if the speskers have no obvious problem? I saw that white wattery sealamt transformed into a blueish one when the tyres get to be serviced.Is that latex?
I remember seeing that Tannoy Red 15 monitors had a black sealant that never dries applied on the suspension, but I think it is applied before being placed in the speaker on a mould.

It was more of a technical question , I wouldn't dare touching them yet.They perform very well for now, but I'm used to destructive tests to find things I can't find in a different way.
