Which of the following phase splitters would you choose for 2x6AQ5 push-pull amp?

How do I determine the resistors marked with "?".

Re. first circuit alternatives: B+ is a little low to use the cathodyne / split-load. The LTP is therefore preferable.

With the LTP (as in second post) there will be enough gain for typical modern sources without the first input stage. You may consider a transistor CCS for the "tail" of the LTP.
