Thanks for your input, if and when I ship them I will test each one and then package up separately with the pins secured in polystyrene.
Try to find some of that black static-conductive foam. It’s hard but not impossible to kill big mosfets from static build up. They are rare enough these days and worth their wieght in gold-pressed Latium that you don’t want to lose any to something stupid.
Failing that (or in addition to it) getting them into some anti-static bags as soon as you can would be a good idea.
