Olé !!!
Solved !!! 😉 🙂 😀
It was a bad soldering under a BD139 on right phono stage.
Now it work great. I love Rega amps; I hate Rega Mainboards !!! 😡
Now the bias current in on 18mv set (for each emitter resistor); later I will set it, step by step, until 35mv.
I add also a DC protection circuit.
I post some photo.
Thank You for the support !!!

Great 🙂 If you haven't already done this, don't forget to clean your PCB of the flux and debris with isopropyl alcohol, rubbing alcohol or similar. Then inspect again, when you can see better, whether the repair soldering was good or maybe still suspect, even if the amplifier is now working perfectly. You won't like having to pull it apart again in a week, a month or a year to fix another breakdown, so make sure now and also prevent corrosion by removing excess flux.
Ja, this is a great satisfaction !!!
Another little tip: the speakers relay is very dirty after 20 years. Sometimes the one or the other channel come and go !!!
Replace or clean the speakers relay.
For cleaning: make an hole with bit drill of 1mm, spray compressed air first, then a good contacts cleaner. Finally close the hole with some adhesive.
That's.
Goodbye to everyone. Thank You very much for the precious help.

Nope, but does it matter ?
It is a very common package that is easily substituted. Available in many different voltage and current ratings... if you are not sure then just go for the highest.

Thank you for the reply.
Oh, yes, it's very impotant for me.
I replaced it with a similar MIC (...and TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR also), but I can hear the difference (sound less detailed but warmer and more realistic whit that).
That kbu804, whit that LOGO, is mounted on all old clamshell Rega models (Brio mk1, Elex mk1, Elicit mk1), but I really can not find it !!!
🙁😕😱😡

I don't recognise the logo either I'm afraid. You could perhaps try other brands. There has to be something out there that you would like the sound of 🙂
I'm certain this is a generic Chinese component and in your example, made by Jinan Gude Device but as Mooly suggested, any similar part will be suitable. Try a similar product before deciding that only that one brand/type is so special for sound quality. KBU804 pdf, KBU804 description, KBU804 datasheets, KBU804 view ::: ALLDATASHEET :::

Hello everbady...
In first place my apollagies, by my very bad englhish.
The center of question are a Rega Ampliflier, a few yars, more than 25, I bought a Rega Brio Amplifier, at 7 years I changed, the ouputs, original powered whit 3055/2955, by anothers BJT, most effecient in frequency, and power, in the same mode, increase the original capacity, in the power supply, added more two caps whit 10.000 mf. The final result compensate, the effort, the overall soud are mutch stronger, the bass sill stable, and the treble had brighter.
Regards.

Yes, this is ok!
It's a matter of taste.
Every mod change the suond (and we may or may not like it), but generally adds something and takes something away. So, that amplifier is no longer a Rega Brio, my amp with other components is no longer a Rega Elicit.
I personally, in most cases, prefer to bring the device back to its original condition.
However, everything is ok if you like. I think so. 😉

Would you like to share the replacement transistor types you fitted to the Brio?.....I changed, the ouputs, original powered whit 3055/2955, by anothers BJT, most effecient in frequency........
