Model 2800 - Kilowatt Mosfet Audio Amplifier

greetings been trying to find a short circuit protection for my amps and low impedance detector cut off the omni protector cuts off speaker out if load is below 2 ohms and cuts off if speaker wires are shorted but once short is removed does not reset i think i will try it again can this schematic work on bipolar transistor amplifier output stage NX AUDIO AMPLIFIERS have good short circuit protection i have seen the demo guy shorting the speaker wires on loud volume and the protection kicks in just cant get the schematic to see how its done

I think That circuit that I posted for protection I think I know now how to connect it , will connect it across rail resistor On that protection there is SC ,DC, Delay ,temp, and I can make CLIP,SIG,PRO indicator and fan controll separately
So I will have indicators for CLIP,SIG,PRO,POWER, SC,DC,DELAY,OVER TEMPERATURE 🙂

Due to some patent issues one can not find a recommended schematic to do the current limiting job in the uPC1237′s datasheet. There is no built-in circuit either. However all you need is to monitor the current flow trough one of the emitter resistors at the output of the power amplifier. According to the datasheet pin 1 must be driven above 0.67V. This is the threshold. Rising the voltage above 0.67V will trigger the relay opened. Using a current source will require the pin 1 driven with current above 110uA.
