Help Identify That Cap

Hey folks, I obviously can tell this is a 17.5uF cap @ 300VAC but could somebody help me with the type (I know it's electrolytic, LOL).

It still measures 17.7uF.

No, not electrolytic.
Probably paper in oil.

Metalized polypropylene, oil (eccol) filled.
Identical to CSC motor-run caps (commonwealth sprague capacitors)

I have a box of like 10 of these they appear to never have been used.
None of the quick connects have been scratched by use.

As jacco says, probably motor run/starter caps *or* line power factor correctors.
Same grueling industrial use anyway.
Tough guys.

They were in the box with some power traffo's that were about the size of a softball.

I'm thinking about building a Tubelab Simple P-P with 6CW5's and a couple of these in parallel would get me right to the 47uF I need.
