At the moment 33078 are the first choice for battery use, but I'm curious to see the quality difference with both op amps. Hope everything will work, and that the 3000mA batteries will be enough!

Hello everyone, I built the mixer, it is working but there is a problem:
as you can see in the schematic, every input goes into two volume pots (and to separate outs), when the pot controlling output 1 is completely turned down the volume of the output 2 is very weak (even if the relative pot is at full volume), if no pot is at minimum each channel is playing at the right volume.
Any suggestion on how to solve it?

Wow, that's a stumper!
If one pot is already Minimum, does the output level drop again if another pot goes from Maximum to Minimum?
The only way I can think of producing that symptom, would be if you've swapped the Full-CW pin, with the Wiper pin, of the turned-down pot.

Sorry Rick (and everyone else reading), I realize now that the question wasn't clear at all, my fault!
All the pots are wired:
Pin 1 to ground
Pin 2 to input jack
Pin 3 to circuit board input
This is the issue:
Let's say pot1 controlling input 1-2 to output 1-2 is at maximum level (or somewhere in between) and pot4 controlling input 1-2 to output 3-4 is at minimum there is no sound at output 3-4 and very weak sound at output 1-2. If I raise pot4 a little, everything is working correctly.
Same thing if pot4 is at full level and pot1 is at minimum.
The other pots are not affecting that channel, but they have the same issue on their relative channels.

This is unconventional, and not what the diagram shows.

Thanks PRR! Now it's working perfectly, the pots are turning up the volume counterclockwise, but I can live with that!

Switch wires 1 and 3.
Or go look at guitar amp wiring layouts, which mostly wire a Volume pot very conventionally.
