I'd go for the second of these as they're providing a schematic and its classA. The first is more of an unknown quantity but unlikely to be fully classA. But if you love the sound of opamps, and get a thrill from rolling them, choose the first.
I read something about that... what other choice's do I have to go along with the 15 volt trafo?

Even if an amp has a low offset it would still be prudent to use a pair of coupling caps on the output, or better still, a transformer. You don't want to lose your expensive cans from a failure of a relatively cheap headamp.
