Amp powers up with the new ICs. The voltages have changed a bit. Pin 2 that previously had +4.7v when powered up now has .16v. Not seeing any waveforms from the driver board pins or pins 1 and 7 of the 74HC02. Posted the metered voltages on the driver board pins and the output pads. Tried to install outputs but goes to protection as the high side gate voltage is too high and + rail gets to the speaker terminals.
