Halfer & Dynaco return

No mention of kits, which I think is what put the Hafler / Dynaco names on the map. Back in the mid 70s to early 80s, I must have assembled a hundred or so of various Hafler kits from the DH101, 110 pre-s to DH200, 220 & 500 power amps. At over 50lbs, the 500 was a bit of a pig to manipulate around on the work bench - about the same as the tubed MarkVI must have been.

I did my own version of the Dyna Stereo 70 (see pic). And my main system, a tri-amp'd open baffle satalite/woofers setup has two Hafler DH220s for mid and woof. My ST70 inspired amp does the tweeters. I have no complaints.

Respected brand names have been selling for many decades. Few are what they once were. That's not always necessarily a bad thing.
