Aopologies for resurrecting an old thread.
Be aware that with the same type number TKD has an attenuator (ladder type volume control) and a true potentiometer. The channels in the potentiometer do not match as well but there are moments you'll have to use a true potentiometer and cannot use an attenuator.

I wish I read this comment before I ordered those fresh ladder type TKD attenuators (I thought they were pots). They sound so different from my 13 year old TKD true pot. Attenuators are more refined, they sound more transparent with the wider stage and more air. The old pot gives body to the sound. I personally prefer the pot sound better however this is a matter of taste.
Sadly there is no 4 channel version available from the DACT type 21 steppers.
I have seen such assemblies from certain specific suppliers. Ask this person if he can make one for you.
They gang two stereo controls on one shaft.
