Hi,
First, I have no clue what I am doing. I want to experience making this thing.
I posted a question to build a 2 cubic feet Bass Cabinet to fit Emminem 15" 300 Watts 8 Ohms. With all resposes, I decided to build a closed box with
H: 21 Inches
W: 20 Inches
D: 12 Inches
By calculation (outside), the box will have 2.19 Cubic feet. I assume this side may suit my need since the speaker and braces may reduce some internal volume (The important matter is I don't know how measure the speaker and the braces.)
I am close to finish building the box. Then, I have another question:
1) Is it possible to look for (to buy) a driver to use with my newly build box?
According to the speaker emmenem 15" 300 Watt 8 Ohms spec, I need a driver with the power of 300 watts, rigth?
2) Is there a away that I can build this driver?
Thank

The cabinet you've made will be suited for the Eminence driver it's designed for.
Other drivers may still work in it, but the originally intended driver would probably be better.

I have got all my material and starting putting thing together. Could any one give me instructions of how to wire from woofer to input jack.
the woofer comes with two plugs (connections) - Red and Black. the input jack comes with three prongs.

You want the tip and ground connectors. On a socket, these will be at opposite ends. Connect the black from the speaker to the connector nearest the hole, and the red to the one at the other end...
If you don't get that explanation, I'll draw something up...

thanks so much for the pic.
I think I have to buy the same input jack in your pic so that I can use the sample from the pic. Do I need ground?
I bought the metal-input jack which comes with three foots.
Did I buy the wrong type of input jack?
what is the different between the two?

Here we go.
It's quite difficult to explain - a picture tells a few words.
three foots.
=Stereo.
You can still use it, don't use the middle connection.
