The band is Polica.
I watched the live stream from the Coachella festival last weekend. I watch these festivals to find new music that I like. I saw their performance and it didn't impress me enough to put their name on my list.
I just rewatched the 3 videos from that festival that are posted on Youtube, and I didn't like the way they "processed" the vocals to the point that I couldn't understand the words. Maybe it was this event. Youtube screwed up this streaming worse than the previous Lollapaloozas.
stefanom's turn. Let's get another guess going.
tubelab - The vocals are very processed. Doesnt work for everyone. The album works better for me than most live performances. Their 89.3 in-studio performances are pretty good fwiw.

Although that's not "The Main Thing" on the cover, one ought not to need "More Than This" to figure it out.

What you're saying is "True to Life". You don't need to read "The Space Between" the lines to figure this one out.
Here's a tough one.

I think even I can get this one. The white album. The Beatles. Currently in shanghai using an ipad so someone else can take the honours.

LOL. Please "Take a Chance with Me" again. 😀
Nobody else seems to think so sofaspud! 🙂 It looks 60's to me, made me think of pink floyd, but I don't think any of their album covers have someone walking down a dirt track on them... anyone else?

OK I know what it is now, but I cheated... I know why it looks familiar, it is in my parents record collection and I would have seen it multiple times as a kid. I was right on it being 60's, released in 66. As a clue for anyone trying to get it legitimately it has silence in the title.
