Thanks. You see that my invented group buy process works very well and the heart in this is the wiki page which I update as soon as I have new info since fresh info is vital for everyone.
Per-Anders,
Any boards left? I need one.
Thanks
I'm afraid not.... but more are ordered and will turn up in two weeks.
But....I will still like to order one please Per-Anders. I didn't understand how to "add" my name to the wiki (if that is where I am to do it) Can you please tell me.I also see there I need to send you and actual email, not through PM, and to use Paypal.
Regards,
Gary
You mean third run? No, I'm afraid not.Is there going to be a second run? If so, I'm game for 2 boards.
The JSR06 can be connected for 120 VAC but the transformer in mind can be hard to find. You can buy a small toroidal transformer in Canada.
Digi-Key maybe...? I like the nice compact size
You might have to hook me up with one...Price?
Just to be sure, the SSR03 regulator needs AC input?
I switched soundcards in my system...originally i was going to output 8V +- to power it and drive the SSR03 from the PC PSU at 12V....Easy.
But i upgraded soundcards and now need to feed the analog circuitry with 15V+-, so I need 18 or 20V to feed the SSR03 now.
In retrospect, a good 18V+- PSU probably would of been better with using the soundcards 7812/7912 regulators....oh well!
This is a better solution, if a bit overkill lol.
What about powering the SSR03 with something like this lowcost unit?

20V and 3.5A output...

As I wrote above in post #153, AC or DC can be used.
Thanks...going over reading it again. My apologies...
What's your opinion on the link I posted?
20V 3-4.5A laptop power brick be useable, even if not optimal...?
