Hi Marc,

AndrewT:
The distributor will get the missing "B" grade parts in on Monday and I will ship your order then. We can settle up on shipping after the fact. Sorry for the delay.
Everyone else:
I'll have a some extra LSK170 TO-92 parts that I'm considering measuring and selling as matched pairs / quads or as max Idss, etc. They will most likely be around the high end of the "B" grade Idss. I'll post more information after I'm measured and grouped the devices.

yay, my first international recipient!
Hi Marc,
Thanks a lot for doing this GB. I’ve been searching for the SK389 for ages to no avail.
I will take 35 grade B LSK389 in SOIC package, please.

Billy

I will be offering up some LSK170 TO-92 "C" transistors that have been "binned". I have taken the first stabilized Idss measurement using a new 9v battery and my B+K DMM and sorted the devices. I'll be offering them in groups of 10 for $1.04 each (so $10.40 for a group of 10).
I have approximately 140 devices that fall in the Idss range 10mA - 20mA, so that makes 14 groups available. A group of 10 spans on average 0.5mA differential, which some people would call "matched". If you order more than one group, I'll try and give you adjacent groups. I will also give preference for those who order more than 1 group. If you want the top end of the Idss range (or bottom range), please specify. I'll try to accommodate people as best as I can.
Worldwide shipping is $3 via padded first-class mail using a bubble envelope and anti-static ziplock bag.
Let the madness begin!

Deep Joy!
Mine arrived yesterday, 1st of Oct Aussie time. It looks like they were posted on the 22nd Sept. I wonder what the record time will be? Locally, here in Queensland, a letter has just turned up that was posted in 1948 and had remained stuck in a down town mail box for about sixty years.
Thanks again Marc. Much appreciated, Jonathan

I thought it was still 1948 in QLD.Jonathan Bright said:Locally, here in Queensland, a letter has just turned up that was posted in 1948 and had remained stuck in a down town mail box for about sixty years.
Hi Brett, now that is not kind at all, get with Kevin's new co-operative Federalism! But you are right it is still 1948 up here and by God I'm aging well.....minus 4 yrs old actually!
At least we proud Banana Benders own up and admit where WE live.... What part of the Lucky Country are you in? Do I have to remind you who won the last three State of Origins series or which AFL team last won three consecutive flags?
Get back to me on this one....if you're game! Jonathan

I don't care much about football (except I'm hoping for a Manly win on Sunday); currently I'm stuck in Sydney for work and study reasons (grew up on the northern beaches) but my home is on the NSW Nth Coast and I'm looking to get back there ASAP.
