The bankers could be an Australian predator, something between the Black Mamba and the crocodile… same economy of movements and equal dangerosity for the prey !
But we have far worst predator here : State ! But nearer than the red ants : always hungry and too many... in automatic setup. Here the main role of the citizen is to feed them !
Here in France if the Distinctive was maid with a banker it would cost 100 dollars but maid buy a state employees with their particular competence and with public buying market and state buyers : it will cost you 1 000 dollars (notice than in all case the banker keep him 100 bucks 😀).
Here 2/5 of the workers are state or local aera employees. If all the taxes are add up this is 70% of the money kept between the job and individual taxes. Many are redistributed with some services but all are wasted by lacke of effcienty ! Can you believe it : We are near of 100% debt in relation to the valor creation and near 8 years of annual state budget ! Where is the money ????? State became an octopus at its own service : citizens serv it not the normal opposite. Private work is braked to serve the state employees and we are not able anymore because of that to create real values !
About the caps, sure ask in the the tda kit thread... more easy to talk about it. No ceramics caps for the 14 positions decoupling : PPS or acrylic smds... Again for PS decoupling (3 voltage rails) : try first without decoupling but the good choosed polymers (or Black Gate if you have it : seems to work well with the TDA). Try after PPS caps or acrylic caps for the PS decoupling smd pads 0.1 TO 1 uF: expensive and fragile (take care with temperature and put your body to earth with a good iron solder !). Smd 0603 case X7R should work but are said to be not a good match with ears... not sure with a good polymer and a small value...
Go with the advises of the ancients here and elsewhere on the Web : Thorsten, Pedja, Guido Tent... they know !

It really depends on a few things. For the filter caps, if you're running the DEM as low as 60k, then you will need 1uF x 14. But if you have a 470pF on the DEM, then you will only need about 220nF. At the moment i'm running a 470pF cap with 1uF cornell dubilier stacked film in a 1210 package, soldered on sideways.
As for the AOL and AOR caps, it depends on your output stage Zin, With my 12 ohm Zin i should be using about 47nF, but at the moment i haven't anything in the position.
As for the DEM resistors, 6k8 is what i recommend to stabilize the dem oscillation.
Also, please take note of what caps Eldam has experimented with, hes tried a heap of different caps.

E.G. one of the ref I gave above has too big thick legs but have an as good equivalent in 2 mm pitch with thin legs...

Hey Ryan, its a little confusing what to use. What are the differences for DEM cap and how should one calcualte what decoupling caps to use?
Same again for AOL and AOR caps. Lets assume I know the input impedance of my I/V, how should I calculate the resistors and caps?

With the cap on the analog outputs, it depends what your sampling rate is at, but you should be safe with about 10nF- but you really need to have a play. Also check out the various online capacitor calculators and have a play.

Try please here the Wima FKP2 for the output : check the pins pitch spacement before ! If two big try 2 mm pins pitch with MKT : Cornell Dublier, Vishay, Wima MKS (in preference order); if you find it radial polystyren also in small case...
There are no total concensus about DEM and TDA decoupling.
Again : you can't mistake with Ryan's wise advice first. John's advise can be tried without fear also and was also given above (different DEM cap value), but read a little about John's thread (last 200 posts e.g.) to understand the philosophy about this choices and your oversampling requirement.
Here again imho for DEM timing cap: COG/NPO smd 0603 near of the pins; SMD silver Mica (bigger case= bigger inductance also); PPS smd; Wima FKP2...
