Why would you need more MOSFET sets than PCB sets ?
They are only matched according to criteria specific for this particular application.

oops, I don't know why I thought I needed 4 mosfet sets for 2 pcb sets. Can't seem to edit my posts, but if I have to eat the cost nbd
Current list, a couple have dropped out or being move to the end of the line:

Update- I have the MOSFETS on-hand and have matched them. I ended up with 41 sets. I am waiting to talk to Fran to make sure everything is up to the standard he used for matching.
You need to tell me what average Vgs values you have, so that I can calculate resistor values to suit.
They might be different from those of Fran.

Patrick - Double check my calculations, but I would like to send the exact resistor needed for each set. You subtract to get the difference between p-channel and n-channel, then divide by .007, 7 mA. That will give you the resistance to place in series with the set measuring the highest Vgs, correct? Since I haven't seen the directions yet I'm picking up from what was told to me to match the sets.
If you have measured all NMOS and PMOS, you can work out the average Vgs.
Then just send me those two numbers, I'll do the rest.
This applies to all those who buy from you.
The trimming is then to take care of Vgs variations within you batch.

Nice work RR!
Good to know the small batch I measured is similar:
NMOS avg Vgs = 2.24V
PMOS avg Vgs = 1.70V

Applying your numbers to Fran's example I get 53R added to R3t (20R subject to change) = 73RPatrick - Double check my calculations, but I would like to send the exact resistor needed for each set. Do not use my calculations, they are not correct. Wait for Patrick to provide the correct values for each resistor.Applying your numbers to Fran's example I get 53R added to R3t (20R subject to change) = 73R
