Update - I have enough information to start the process. Each set will consist of 2- ZVP4424 matched within .003mV, 2- ZVN3306 matched within .003mV, 2- R1 10K, 2- R2 10.2K, 2- R3 6.2K, 2- R4 5.6K. Cost is $10.00 per set and $10.00 shipping. The initial cost estimate was for half the number needed and did not include the eight resistors.
