I need your urgent help to recover package from FedEx - issue with local delivery, the package is diverted back to US... bad FedEx performance.
Please check your email, I have described the steps needed so I could receive finally the delivery - which otherwise went super smooth and friendly, obviously 🙂 ... and please forgive this public cry for help but I was not sure which channel you monitor more often and if you react asap there will be no extra costs (details in the email).

I forwarded Malisz's message to Fred in case he hadn't seen it. Fred wrote back that unfortunately he was not able to stop Fedex from returning the package so Malisz was issued a refund.
Just so folks know, Fred is gone until sometime in May.
