Just found one of these kits in my stuff, had forgotten I had it! Also forgot what I bought it for, maybe power supply for a Khadas DAC, which basically runs off a phone charger? I think that was the plan?

Thanks for any clarity!

I have been reading the build article and yes, this is what I originally bought it for! I just found this bag in another projects box and couldn't remember what I had in mind.

Just threw out the question to see if I was on right track. Basically asking if this made sense, or did I buy it for unrelated reason.

I've had it for a while, and completely forgot about this. Khadas makes a fairly inexpensive DAC that to me was surprisingly good, but I didn't like the phone charger power supply, (USB) figured this would be better.

The Reflektor is generally considered Salas' go to PSU for digital stuff. Obviously in powering the Khadas it will have analogue rails within it but without separating all the rails in the DAC, this will be the case, and the Reflektor will be somewhat an improvement over the wall wart type PSU. You just need to suss out what current and voltage you need to set up.
