J3 is just a tap to power the delay circuit. The right one is more straight in layout and less in dimensions, working the same, the main attribute of the left one is ability to sink the big diodes. That would come in play if used as a heavy reg. TO-220 diodes like MUR860 can still pass 8A at 150C though.
would you please allow snap ins KG Gold Tune caps to be used - 10 mm pitch
Is It possible to move mosfets or ccs Rset In order big heatsink to be used verticaly

So we lean to the right one till now, yes?
yes 🙂
Maybe with a little more copper round the big caps.

Agreed. You sold me on the heftier caps and sinking the diodes. A little more friendly to place certain larger components.
With the RH board, can move the caps a bit and add a resistor between them for C-R-C filter and maybe there is enough room for an R-C snubber after the diodes - it all helps a bit.
There is a small heatsink available (group buy) to couple 2 jfets together for matching temperature if the jfet pairs of the buffer were turned to face each other - just a small thing, as you can easily leave the legs a bit longer and twist the jfets around.
Incidently, there are some readily available TO-220 Shottky diodes with insolated backs/body called BYW29EX, so don't need isolation washer for mounting to heatsink
... 2 cents!

Those who paid for there hyno's have been shipped out.
I still have 15 left.
Cool! Compliments and appreciation offered. Thank you sir.

Tea-Bag,
I received the hypnotize boards that you sent me. They look nice, thank you. Time to start ordering parts.
I changed the want list designation from paid to paid & received. I thought it might make it easier to help to keep track of the progress. Just thought I would say so in case you would like to change it in favor of something more preferable.

I only have 4 boards left now. If you miss out, then more reason to look forward to Uber Blue Edition
Thanks Teabag 🙂 Recieved my Hypno Board today
Will place an order for the rest of the stuff i need...and then begin building 😀

3GGG
Right now, the column is there for interest only. I would want at least 50 to be sold before I would consider making another batch. For the Blue Edition, we really want to go over 100, as the design will cost substaintially more.

Could someone provide a link to the schematic. Yes i have tried the search!!
No, you haven't 😉
