can I use PS section only as a low noise voltage reg 5 Vdc to 35 Vdc
what are your practical results

No. Because you will need space for substantial sinks. The orientation of the Mosfets isn't for heatsinks.
Look at the proper pcb
Also read that thread from start.

Plus and minus 17mA and the shunts are set at 60mA each. One bank has backs to the outside, but the front row to the inside. Its a hassle, plus it is fixed Vref with leds.
OK. Crt replied that anybody who can and like, can ask for the eagle file and try to match the pdf for Gerber.

I will, jsut trying to avoid taxes and custom. Will wait till tomorrow and see.
Edit:If I order 80pcb´s from pcbcart the unit price is $ 1.71 + shipping and stuff, will calculate tomorrow.(allmost to god to be true.![]()
Dang, that is a good price. If they turn out well I will try them for the second batch of Diamante boards.
This is what the price is when all fees (toolingcost) and stuff are addd:4,12$I calulated the price with toolingcost, shipping and taxes to me,and it ads up to 4,12$/pcb
And the price might vary some depending on the exchanges coarse.
Salas, arent you skilled to fix the Eagle files?
I do p2p. Because mainly I do minimalistic tube or FET prototype stuff. Sometimes I had transferred to a home etching board from a picture. Never had anything to do with board software. 😀
But from what I saw from Crt's boards, his pdf worked very nicely. Do the China guys refuse to work from it?

This is what it says on their site:
"what file format do you accept?
Prefered RS-274X gerber format. But we also accept PCB files format like: Protel, Eagle, PADS"
Can crt do it?
Sent a qoute to Cogra today on 140 boards, hope to hear from them on monday.
And hopefully massimo gets a qoute to,then will have a little to choose from..

i can try redo the layout in protel.. i'm also thinking if we can have the board with scoring line in between the b1 and the regulator.. so anyone can use the regulator by itself.
Is It possible to redraw the layout so the backs of the mosfets are outside - that would make complete shunt reg and B1 - so there will be more Interest
Sounds fine, can you make 2 more mounting holes for the PSU?i'm also thinking if we can have the board with scoring line in between the b1 and the regulator.. so anyone can use the regulator by itself.

I am working on a layout with that thought in mind. It will have the outputs at a better spot than they are now. Also more decoupling on the power lines and an integrated stereo volume potentiometer. But it will take time to finish it.
Don´t wanna sress you, 😉 when can you do this.i can try redo the layout in protel..
