Doubtful - I would have ordered 100 pieces anyways to get the cost in alignment a bit. There becomes a larger price drop after this only at about 250 pieces.
Sorry for the noob questions but I want to build a chip-amp using LM4780's in bridged mode that requires a balanced input. Is it possible to use the B1 buffer with a balanced input/output?
Or, any way to get a balanced output out of the buffer with a SE input going into it?

if most of your equipment is unbalanced then stay unbalanced all the way through.
Add an unbalanced to balanced converter to the front end of the bridged amplifier.
Cordell shows a nice discrete version using jFETs.
