GB for DC coupled B1 buffer with shunt PSUs

Some photos of the boards.

First one is the Mesmerize shot
Second one is the Hypnotize shot
Third one is proto of the Hypnotize built up as a dual rail shunt supply, using 4x 10,000uf 50v panasonic caps.
(Single rails are fine to).

Sorry for the noob questions but I want to build a chip-amp using LM4780's in bridged mode that requires a balanced input. Is it possible to use the B1 buffer with a balanced input/output?
Or, any way to get a balanced output out of the buffer with a SE input going into it?

Thanks

Add an unbalanced to balanced converter to the front end of the bridged amplifier.
Cordell shows a nice discrete version using jFETs.

Could you please point out the location of the circuit,
Sorry, I have mislead you.
Cordell's addon is a balanced to unbalanced converter.
He converts an unbalanced amplifier to balanced input.

as I first said, you need an unbalanced to balanced converter.
