board mod
If another set of PCB's is ordered, could provisions be made for radial lead devices for the 0.47R 3W devices? These are supplied in some part kits on Forums, and no way to neatly incorporate. Also. I advise using 2 100R resistors instead of 1 50R per board layout. Much neater and more dissipation surface area. Also possibly spacing LED holes for pin header to move LED off board.
Thanks Cviller for all your efforts and hard work

Re: board mod
Send me an email (follow the instructions on the WIKI (http://www.diyaudio.com/wiki/index.php?page=First+Watt+F5+Clone+PCB+GB+)
Radial 0.47 devices... perhaps. To my understanding these devices need to be placed on the heatsink, so it might be difficult to place them nicely.
The layout does indeed have footprints for two 100 ohm feedback resistors.
Yes pin headers are cool - good point. 😀

RE: Board mods
Cviller.
I think I should have put remark about feeedback Resistors( using 2 100r's instead of 1 50R) in a separate post. I was just speaking of my experience with a parts kit I bought that subs a 50R/5W for the 2 100R/3W. Sorry for the mixup. Same kit also supplies radial .47R's for axial .47R'x. Sorry for the confusing remarks.

I have only two psu boards left, but I only register people who mail me (following the thread and recording orders that way is too time-consuming and error prone).
So follow the guidelines on my wiki page and I will give the boards to the first ones to reach my mailbox. 😉
Btw: I still have 36 F5 boards.

No more PSU boards... (unless a few unpaid boards gets completely canceled).
I still have F5 boards.

Hi Cviller,
I want to order only 2x F5 PCB, but I really don't know how to edit the wiki page, I live in Hong Kong, and want to pay by Paypal, would you send me a Paypal request?? tubediy@gmail.com

Boards Arrived
CViller Boards look great. Haven't figured out the 3 small holes on PSU board at R7-R8 location nor the silk screened band around R7-R8 yet; but it'll come to me soon.
For those F5'ers in the US that are having a hard time finding decent priced heatsinks: the very favorable exchange rate USD to AUD (1-.6407) makes Conrad heat sinks the best deal I could find.
I ordered (10) mf35-151.5's at the equivalent of $41.53 each including 3-4 day FEDEX shipping, unbelievable. 15% discount quantities 10 or over. That's cheaper than any raw extrusion I could find. You won't find a better deal on adequate sinks. I spent 2 solid weeks looking. No pre-group sale, I might sell a few after they are actually recieved. Below is quote from Conrad. I'm still amazed, never thought shipping would make them worthwhile.
Fedex 3-4 days!!!! I posted here - US CViller's first.

Free trade agreement with Australia and I have been advised that there are no import duties with our products to the US. No hold ups to date with customs in the US using Australia Post and FedEx, so I don't think that should be a problem.

Those are vias to jump over the V+ trace. Nice of you to offer heat sinks! 😀

Great! So the Italian post system is not unreliable - only a bit slow. 😀
I have added a PSU bom and the wiring diagram to the guide:
