I am starting to build something similar for USSA-5. CRCRC board has heatsinks for the rectifier diodes. This small LT4320 rectifier board doesnt have heatsinks. Is this a problem?Kokanee, here's what I did to mount the boards, it may be of some help to you. Utilising enameled copper wire, of course.

If you are starting a fresh build, with all due respect to Myles, I wouldn’t use this approach. You will complicate things.
Get the proper CRC with integrated LT4320 active rectification boards Prasi designed. I think he still has boards for sale or ask on the Swap Meet.
Edit, no heatsinking necessary for the LT4320 rectifier mosfets.

Yes, I have Prasi CRC with integrated LT4320 too. Since is a fresh build I am trying to get it right from the beginning instead of chasing my tail later on. I did that on other builds and learned my lesson
Eliad, as Vunce has recommended, use the CRC boards with the LT4320 on board. This will be a more elegant process for the USSA-5.

On the CRCRC schematics I see the 3W resistors and then the optional 5W resistors. I am not sure how to read this schematic. I think the optional 2 resistors 5W are actually replacement of the 3 resistors 3W. Do I read this schematic correctly?
