Priceless...
I will point out that Bybee has sales reps in countries where we are forbidden to sell certain IC's.
For instance he’s researching application of these technologies in electric motors and internal combustion engines. Jack says he’s demonstrated power and efficiency improvements up to 30%!
LOL. There is nothing a Bybee cannot do.

He'll have to get in line.

So, I can expect spam mail anytime soon suggesting that using a Bybee will outperform little blue pills...? 😀
You can get it on a prescription. Especially people suffering from the Audiophilia Nervosa Syndrome seem to benefit 😀So, I can expect spam mail anytime soon suggesting that using a Bybee will outperform little blue pills...? 😀
I think that the Bybee review is about the best explanation of what Bybee is about that I have ever read. It fits my understanding and experience with Bybee devices and my talking with Jack Bybee over more than 20 years. You could learn something by reading it, especially how little you understand what Bybee is all about.
Just think how useful it could be to get a patriotic American Maxwell demon embedded in certain foreign systems! You would just have to ensure that the demon was not 'turned' by the buyer.scott wurcer said:I will point out that Bybee has sales reps in countries where we are forbidden to sell certain IC's.
I have a couple of Quantum Slipstream Purifiers hanged on the toilet bowl cover. Everything works the way it claims. Slipping effortless and purified air!

Seems to me that rather than arguing that Bybees work, if one were serious how about sending some out for listening evaluation by open minded but careful listeners? I would be happy to give them a serious listen, and I'm sure some other people would too. That would probably be the only way to settle, or at least make some real progress convincing people you are right. Words alone aren't working so far to convince most people. Let's hear the things. If they work, I will say they work. If not, then not. Or how about, Ed Simon? He's sending out opamp test boxes for people to listen to. Seems interested in finding out for himself what the truth is. Maybe he would be willing to do something with Bybees or maybe not, but you could ask. You would certainly get a lot further than you are now by arguing, at least if you turn out to be right.
What a load of crap. "Study the behaviour of nitrogen in an anechoic chamber" like removing the reverb from a room changes the behaviour of nitrogen atoms. Are people really that stoooopid?
how would a negative listening test change anything? "your equipment sucks", "you're deaf"
how would a positive listening test change anything? "your experimental controls suck", "your blinding protocol has leaks"

All that is needed is a meaningful claim and a plausible explanation. In the absence of those all we can do is point and laugh.
I love this comment on the review:
How do you know when the battery runs out, when the iQSE stops not doing anything?

The Bybee iQSE is not a completely passive device. Underneath the magnet strip is a watch type battery. It will probably lose power within a year."

Back on topic...
A few years ago, we visited the Munich Audio show.
We were told, by a vendor, you shouldn't use power cables less than 1m(*) in length. The reason was that the electrons would have to -twice- cross a contact boundary.
*) I am not sure about the length they claimed.
I assume the electrons are too tired to take the second 'hurdle', and can't be bothered.
Also, this was specifically for power cables. I guess my BSM (see image) went berserk and I didn't ask for clarification.
