I asked this before but lots of this appears to constitute false or misleading advertising claims.

Why have regulatory bodies not been involved and these manufacturers fined for preying on consumers?

Who in the industry can shed light on this?

A lot of the claims are generally non-falsifiable. Weasel words, more or less, and therefore hard to pin down.

I kind of remember Russ Andrews getting his pee pee slapped, when his claims of powerline purification via his mains distribution wire was proved false.
It sounds like they used Kimber Kable 8TC for power cables, and said it cleaned up the power for a breathtakingly better sounding system.

Scott should take photos of the screens and make recordings so they can be posted on the Internet.

Then many people can use the samples in a blind test.

Could ever double blind it by having someone else rename the files so even Scott does not know until after the results are in.

The Axis of Evil rides again!

Well, after getting all our cable lifters in place, strewing Bybees indiscriminately across the system and making sure the ground-side electrons had a way out, changes were not subtle! In fact, it was so real, almost as if the guy was playing right there in front of us! Thanks again to untiring efforts of Axis of Evil founder SY! :wave2:
