I just got a Sony TA-5650 that arrived in the shop this morning. It may need a new set of V-FETs, so I'm bookmarking this thread just in case I need them. Thanks!

As it turns out, all 8 V-FETs have a S-D short and will not toggle. Customer bought it dead 'as is'. I guess the seller knew it was time to let it go.

I don't have any spare 2sk60/2sj18 vfets suitable for ta4650. Vfets with ranking 26/28 and 34 are available
I do have 4 spare 2sj18 vfets that I bought a while ago for a Sony TA-5650 amplifier but sold the amp so can sell these if anyone wants them.
