220USD (the same as I've paid)

The set looks almost as this one (taken from the internet) + soft star PCB / electronic version of the P-7100 manual / BOM

I don't think so, a limited number of PCB's was made. In other words I doubt you will see it anywhere in a higher number of copies for sale.
