Yes i believe so. there is about 7 wires on the other side where the ac goes in dont ask me how to wire it but yeah. i believe you can.

Then in a 110V country (like BC) it could also be considered a 35-0-35 trafo (ie much more useful)

But if you wired the primary so that it was expecting 220V and then plug it into 110V you should get 35-0-35
