I saw some odd issues here, but resolved since the wiki fix and they have not reappeared since.
Tried clearing the browser cache?
Tried clearing the browser cache?
I had a problem with firefox (mac 10.4) just now when I tried to type this message. I was told that there is a 'tab' or something that needs to be changed. I had good luck with firefox for years until recently, and the latest updates seem to have caused the problem rather than fixing it.

Did it say that you needed to to update Flash?

I just got much the same problem with IE
There is no ad in the massage box but, the box is shrunk down and unusable.
The unusual thing is, if I refresh the IE browser page, it usually gets back to normal..... very strange.
The same sort of thing also happened to Fire fox last night when it worked briefly.
Like I said before DIY audio is the only site that I have issues with ..... with any browser or OS
Edit.....
I should ad that I am running IE 11 on this system (win7) .

Have those that have the problem done as I suggested at the very beginning and run full browser and disk clean-ups to purge the system of temporary files ?

I have........ multiple times on all systems and browsers.
I have also performed full system virus scans (Bitdefender) an all computers and scanned every one with "Malewarebytes" for malware.

Thanks, I just wondered if that had been tried.

If someone has been infected by a "proper" trojan, no amount of scanning or anti-virus will detect it. It's beyond the ability of any software to detect it.
The NSA has root kits for every model of hard drives - even after you format it, you will stay infected. This code is now out of the bag and being used by gangs with less scruples than the NSA. The only solution is a hammer.

Did you try posting on the other vB3 sites I collected for you?

What site are those?
I never saw that in your posts. .
Yeah, those work fine.
However, you would of course have to register to see the message box.

EDIT.....
I registered on the on the "Fan Forum" and it works/looks fine.
However DIY Audio is also working fine now with Fire Fox..
Joe, there's still a few possibilities. One is that your ISP (this is one variable you haven't changed) is rewriting the HTML or the ads to serve its own ads. Some ISPs are unscrupulous in this way. The only way to check this is either plus a friend's computer into your ISP, or better yet, connect your computers to another ISP. If you know anyone with a smartphone that can tether, next time they pay you a visit, try using their internet connection.
Another is your DNS. Can you please confirm that your computer is using the DNS from your ISP ("auto configured" and not a hardcoded DNS server). Please post a screenshot of what appears at the end when you do the following steps: How to check DNS settings on Windows 7 - IS&T Contributions -Hermes
Lastly please list all the software you have running (I see lots of stuff in your taskbar). Perhaps it's a "friendly" anti-virus or something else you have installed re-writing your HTML for you. A lot of junky anti-virus stuff will "protect you" by rewriting web pages. We do use some funky code to place our ads, and it is working it seems for everybody but you, so maybe that's why you see a problem with diyAudio and not the fan forum.

I can tell you than DNS is "auto configured" on all systems .
Also, my ISP is Time Warner
Let's not loose site of the fact that everything works/looks fine with IE and Chrome on all systems...... except for that one time when I had a momentary issue with IE and.... there are no tissues with any other site.
BTW lots of things on my task bar?
I always like to run a lean and fast system.
The few items in my task bar are just my AV (Bitdefender) and apps that are related to my ASUS MB's audio chip and my AMD Graphics card.
There is also a link on my TB to "Network and Sharing Center" in CP .... the same thing in CP you directed me to.🙂
The MB's networking chip software installed this this on my TB.
